As CEO, Mr. Ye has dedicated 20 years to SIC TECH, bringing extensive expertise in the silicon carbide element market and industrial electric furnaces. His focus is on enhancing the performance of silicon carbide heaters to benefit customers, employees, and industries. Mr. Ye believes that silicon carbide heating elements should offer exceptional durability and ease of operation to help clients reduce maintenance time and costs. Serving as CEO since 2002, he has been instrumental in the growth of the silicon carbide rod business in China.
Today, Mr. Ye leads a professional team that collaborates closely with upstream and downstream suppliers to advance the application of silicon carbide rods across various electric furnace industries.
Tina Zhang - Domestic Sales Manager

As the Domestic Sales Manager at SIC TECH, Tina Zhang has led her team to achieve notable successes, including a 25% increase in sales revenue within the Chinese market, a 15% boost in customer satisfaction, and a 10% reduction in operational costs over the past year.
Her achievements include securing six new contracts with major clients in the glass, ceramic, and aluminum industries. She also implemented a new CRM system and trained team members to use it effectively, which has enhanced customer relationships, retention, and loyalty. Additionally, Tina successfully negotiated better deals with suppliers and vendors.
Michael Quan - International Sales Director

Michael joined SIC TECH as International Sales Director in 2019, focusing on improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the overseas market. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing global sales efforts comprehensively.
As an experienced sales professional, Michael understands what clients care about and has successfully led a team to develop international markets. Today, SIC TECH’s silicon carbide elements are sold in over 60 countries worldwide. With a core focus on exceptional service, his team consistently attracts new customers and provides top-notch support in the electric heating element industry.
