ODM service means that you can offer or request silicon carbide elements based on an existing design owned by the manufacturer. You can make minor modifications to the design, such as adjusting the size, packaging, or branding of the products.
Patented Coating for Silicon Carbide Elements
The SIC TECH silicon carbide heating element coating is a synthetic film applied to the surface of the hot zone after the production of silicon carbide heating elements. This coating extends the life of the elements in specialized environments by protecting them from gases that accelerate aging. T Coating:
This coating is designed to reduce the oxidation rate during normal use, extending the working life of silicon carbide heating elements by 30-60%.
S Coating:
This coating is used on three-phase rods (W-type silicon carbide heating elements) for float glass applications.
D Coating:
This coating is used in environments where nitrogen is present.
Q Coating:
This coating is used in environments involving steam or hydrogen.
