GC Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element
The GC shape silicon carbide heating element consists of three parts: a central hot zone and end cold zones. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 1500°C.
- The highest temperature it can reach is 1500°C.
- Durable with an exceptionally long working life.
- High strength and excellent shock resistance.
- Free of noise and air pollution, making it environmentally friendly.
Product Description
GC Type silicon carbide heating elements are constructed from high-density reaction-bonded silicon carbide. They feature a spiral slot in the hot zone that reduces the cross-sectional area, enhancing the electrical resistance ratio and creating a hot zone while keeping the ends cooler. Additionally, they come with special cold ends that can be customized to meet specific requirements.
