U Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element
The GDU-shaped silicon carbide heating element features two hot zones, compared to the GD-shaped element which has fewer cold zones. This design allows for a power savings of 10-20% when using the GDU element. It can operate at temperatures up to 1500°C, providing efficient and high-temperature performance.
- The GDU-shaped silicon carbide heating element can reach a maximum temperature of 1500°C.
- It is durable and offers an exceptionally long working life.
- It features high strength and excellent shock resistance.
- It operates without noise or air pollution, making it environmentally friendly.
Product Description
GDU-type silicon carbide heating elements are crafted from high-density reaction-bonded silicon carbide. They feature a spiral slot in the hot zone that narrows the cross-sectional area, optimizing the electrical resistance ratio for cooler ends and a hotter central zone. Additionally, these elements come with specially designed cold ends, which can be customized to meet specific requirements.
